With Ice Design, negative white space increases on the right side of the browser while the area that houses your design remains a fixed width (whatever you set your table width at).
At larger resolution settings, the design that is stuck in a 640/760 width table
looks like a thumbnail in the upper left hand corner. In that context, the design is often diminished in
a wasteland of negative white space.
Ice Design will only look its best at a certain size dictated by the fixed width table that contains the design elements.
