Masks and Mask Pins

The Busts were created more as a form of practice and learning how to work with the polymer clay before moving on to sculpting dolls and larger, more complex pieces like Arguille. They are fast, fun, and very much a learning experience and confidence builder.

Masks and Mask Pins are small, solid faces sculpted from Polymer Clays and embellished with findings (mostly snippets of cloth materials and parts of costume jewelry bought for pennies at yard sales where many treasures are found by creators and crafters!). There are different kinds of masks and our faces are where the greatest number of our masks are stored.
