Things
That Go Bump in the Night was created in a workshop conducted by talented
award winning artist/dollmaker, Karen Whitney. Using her unique techniques
developed from years of expertise, this little fellow was born. He
hears a noise and takes candle in hand to investigate.
This
full image of the boy in Things that Go Bump in the Night shows his
long john night clothes with cap. He stands 16 3/4 inches tall. His
eyes are acrylic and his candlestick and holder are made from the
same polymer as his head, shoulder plate, hands, and feet. This particular
polymer is Super Sculpey. (A lens flare filter
was applied to his candle to enhance the light in the photo).
A
young boy's fear is revealed on his face as he peaks into the shadows
of his house and his imagination.
