According to many instructors, Digital art, unlike fine art,
is expected to serve some function or purpose. With this in mind when a
piece is deemed market-ready, it should find a home inside a brochure, a
web page, or perhaps, a poster.
Digital art struggles to earn the fine art status of just
being to be. Although some Digital artists aim for acceptance,
the elite art world is slow to embrace a new medium no matter how often
the artists hits the target.
